• All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned at any time.

  • Any discounted products are not eligible for return (as store credit only)/exchange.

  • The product should be in the state you received it and in the original packaging.

  • We accept returns only in case of damages in transit or manufacturing defects.

  • Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme or have any customisation cannot be exchanged/returned.

  • Please email us to orders@lmnoh.com with your order number and details along with a photo of the damage, within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • A damaged item received within 7 days of delivery is eligible for return/exchange. 

  • We are happy to replace any damaged/ defective/ incorrect items.

  • All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the customer (Unless the order
    received is damaged /defective /incorrect)

  • To be eligible for any kind of return for store credit, the back and forth shipping along with 2% transaction cost is to be borne by the customer.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
  • Returns process for damaged /defective /incorrect orders can begin with you initiating such requests by calling us on +91- 9625756700 or emailing us at orders@lmnoh.com within 7 days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the product.

  • After placing the above request, please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will organise a reverse pick-up from the address stated in your invoice.

  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within the standard shipping timelines.

  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a credit note/refund will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product within 10 working days

  • If we believe that the reason for the return or exchange is not adequate your order total will be refunded as store credit only, minus costs for shipping and handling each way along with 2% transaction cost, within 15 working days after we receive & check
    the returned goods.
